Hi there, I'm one of the folks who attended your seminar in Long Beach...first let me tell you how great your presentation was, and how effective this plan is!  I have been challenged by a lot of food allergies that my ND thinks caused my fibromyalgia, and put on nearly 75lbs after using HRT for 9 months.  I've been on natural progesterone cream for a year, but have not been able to lose any weight....until now!  I went on your program that Sunday....and have lost 12 lbs.

When I started your Eat & Be Well plan 7 months ago I weighted 312 lbs and was an insulin dependant diabetic.  As of September 16th I now weigh 189lbs ( I will not lose any more) and am insulin free.
