Back in June, when I went for a post-op exam at my surgeon’s office after I had Lasik, she had turned me on to the Eat and Be Well Program by Krystal Gray. That same week I ordered and started on the products that she specifically requires on her plan. Since that time, today being August 1st Charisse Parton- Missouri , I have gone from a size 12 to a size 6, mostly 8’s but some 6’s. My rings are being resized because I have lost so much. I do not know how much I have lost in weight because I have not weighed myself but I was 150 lbs. And also, something was going on in my body for 6 years that they could not figure out with my hand swelling and since I have started on the plan and been faithful to the diet, the Eat and Be Well Program, I will no longer have to go to the Mayo Clinic to have it figured out because for the first time in six years it has not occurred. The swelling had occurred at least once or twice a month and I had to have sixteen injections in my hands just so it would go away. So I am really excited about what the program has done for me. I have taught a class about it at my church and I have also talked to a lot of individuals that work with me who have noticed a major difference. They have asked me, “What are you doing” and I have shared with them what I am doing and one lady started the products today herself. So I am really excited. I am hoping God will lead me to help others to better health and be the beautiful, wonderful person he created them to be. Thank You!! Charisse Parton- Missouri I asked my daughter Amanda, a personal trainer, to work out with me and teach me how to exercise. I had always attended group exercise classes because I didn’t know how to exercise on my own other than walking/running on the treadmill. Plus I wanted to lose weight. I have had weight issues all my life. In 2005, I lost about 25 pounds with WW, but then over the next year or so, gained about 14 of it back. After 4-5 weeks, my exercise program was going great, but I had not lost a pound. I was trying to eat sensibly, or so I thought. Amanda said I needed to do something drastic. I was ready. She put me on a strict diet for 4 weeks I really stuck to this plan; I was ready, I had made the decision to make it work. Long about week 3 we were discussing what I should do next, as to what food group we should add to my eating plan. It was at this time that Amanda attended a seminar in Nashville where Krystal Gray was the guest speaker. Amanda was so excited after hearing Krystal speak! She bought her Eat & Be Well book and CD, brought it home, and shared it with me. I told Amanda, “This is it! This is what I need to do!” And so I began transitioning from my plan into the Eat & Be Well plan. I am now in my sixth month of this fabulous eating plan! I love this plan! It is really so simple. It took a little time in the beginning to learn some of the things we need to be doing, and of course the meal planning was a little challenging for me; but once I got the hang of it all, it is now like 2nd Christy Westbrooks, Murfreesboro, TN nature. It was so surprising to me early on in this plan that I wasn’t hungry, nor did I crave sugar or junk food. This is a six month eating plan; and I am almost finished with my term. However, I will not change! I am going to continue eating this same way, because I know my body is healthier, plus I have lost 27 pounds! I have a new wardrobe! I don’t want to go back to the old body. Now I feel confident in my eating plan of what is good for me and what is not, what is nourishing me and what is not; and sometimes I may decide to have an ice cream sundae or piece of pie, but it certainly won’t be an everyday occurrence. I only hope and pray that I hadn’t done too much damage to my body (the parts inside that I cannot see) before I began the Eat & Be Well. Thank you Krystal for sharing this eating plan with us! We have been changing our eating habits for years and Krystal's simplicity and support in the book make it duplicatable and easier to implement. I love having a book and CD available to those individuals that are looking to take their health to the next level. Changing your eating habits from the SAD to a whole foods diet is not easy, but if you want to eliminate all the guesswork, I strongly encourage you to take this book and read and re-read it throughout your quest and change your destiny. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 says, do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? "Krystal Gray has written an extraordinary new book, Eat And Be Well, which provides a practical do-it-yourself guide for taking responsibility for your own health. This unequaled accomplishment in the area of nutritional self-care is the result of many years of diligent study and intense research. It seems such a short time ago that Krystal sat at her desk in my classroom hanging on to every piece of information, endlessly jotting notes. Now, many years later, she rewards not only me, but all of her readers as well. The Lord has used Krystal Gray in a very special way in helping others to help themselves. Everyone will enjoy this wonderful book."
