Frequently Asked Questions & Printable Forms

Q:  I feel like I need a "jump start" due to my bad eating habits or poor health.  What do you suggest?

The Eat and Be Well program is a cleansing/detoxifying program.  However, sometimes people want to thoroughly cleanse or do a "fast".  There are so many types of fasting programs out there... some are not so safe for you!  In my years as a Clinical Nutritionist, I want to share with you what I believe to be the best cleansing and detoxifying program.  It's called the "Master Cleanser"  and you can order the book through Amazon.com.

This is for those of you who are SERIOUS about cleansing and detoxifying.  Expect to spend part of your mornings in your bathroom.  It's also important you read how to come OFF the cleanse!  Don't just start eating food right away!

On a personal note, the doctor doesn't recommend vitamins.  That's fine DURING the cleanse.  But, once you are OFF the cleanse and start introducing fruits/foods, you MUST get back on high quality supplements.  You may e-mail Krystal for recommended supplements.  In today's industrialized society, this is important.

Q: Could you please explain how your "Eat & Be Well" book and eating/supplement works?

A. The Eat & Be Well eating/supplement plan was put together with the idea of helping those who do not have a nutritional background but have wanted to go to a nutritional counselor and have not been able to afford. On my CD and or Audio Tape I walk the client through the eating plan page by page and also teach on the importance of bringing the body into a slightly alkaline state to prevent disease. I stress to the client that they can take me with them in the car and listen to me on their way to any place they might be tempted to succumb to the many eating temptations.

The truth is I have wanted to do this book and recording for the past several years so I could do more public speaking/teaching with a tool that the audience can take home and actually get started on their journey toward a healthier lifestyle. I have been a clinical nutritionist doing urine/saliva testing and putting people on eating plans based on their individual body chemistries for the past 23 years. This eating plan is a compilation of those 23 years in practice.

In the event you need help from a nutritionist, you may contact me via e-mail.  I cannot guarantee that I will be able to accept new patients based on current workload.

Q:  Do you have any other recipes for this program?

There are many books available on the subject of eating healthy.  I suggest looking for books that are lower in carbohydrates (NOT only protein).  Your carbohydrates should come from vegetables and some fruits.  Fiber is an important component to your eating program.
